Terms and Conditions

Terms of service for Mapgrid — Google Business Profile management platform.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1

Who you are contracting with

The Mapgrid service ("Mapgrid", "the service", "we", "us") is operated by Mapgrid (the "Seller"). By using Mapgrid you are entering into a contract with the Seller. You may contact us at hello@mapgrid.app.

2

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mapgrid you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Mapgrid on behalf of an organization, you warrant you have authority to bind that organization.

3

Purpose of the service

Mapgrid is a SaaS tool to manage Google Business Profile listings: publish content, reply to reviews, view analytics and coordinate teams.

4

Account and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for your credentials and any activity performed under your account.
  • You warrant you are authorized to manage the Business Profiles you connect.
  • You will not misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, security interference (malware, probing, scraping), or content that violates the Google Business Profile policies.
5

Intellectual property

Mapgrid's software, brand and content are owned by the Seller. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

6

Payments, subscriptions and Stripe as payment processor

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe"). Mapgrid is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe processes payments on our behalf; Mapgrid handles billing inquiries related to billing and handles returns, refunds, chargebacks, tax collection and invoicing.

  • Plans and pricing. Subscriptions are offered on the tiers and prices listed on our pricing page. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes; taxes are added at checkout by Stripe.
  • Billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing area or through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry for a grace period. If payment is not recovered, your subscription will be cancelled.
  • No refunds. All payments to Mapgrid are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. This includes monthly and annual subscriptions, unused time after cancellation, downgrades, and periods where the service was not actively used. Buyer protections that may apply under the Stripe Consumer Terms are unaffected by this clause.
7

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may perform maintenance without notice.

8

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of Google's policies.

10

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
